DVD Architect 4.5 Newbie Needs Help
I rendered a project in Vegas Pro 8 to mpg (Not separate audio and video). It is a single clip. I want to create a standard def. DVD with one menu item. I cannot get this to work in DVD A 4.5. I've created a menu page, and both the menu page and the video are in the project window. I've read the user manual and tried various ways, but when I go to preview the dvd, the menu page loads and I can't get past it to the video. I must be missing a step. Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Open DVD Architect. Drag the video clip from the explorer window to the menu. Done.

Thanks Ed! That worked partially. In preview, the button link takes you to the video, but pressing the menu button does nothing. In other words, after the video starts to play, you can't get back to the main menu. I really appreciate your quick answer, it got me out of trouble.

Here's what I just tested:
1. Open DVD Architect 2. Drag a video to the menu which created a menu button 3. Did a "Preview Disc" - CTRL-F9 4. Pressed "Enter" and the video started playing 5. Pressed "Menu" which returned me to the menu

Thanks again Ed. I really appreciate your responses. I burned the disc and the return to menu function works fine in the dvd player, even though it doesn't work in the preview pane in Vegas. Go figure..........
