Is this a known bug?
Doing a small time lapse section. Set the clip properties to 4 times playback speed, added a velocity envelope and set it to 300%. When I try to render, Vegas crashes and I get a "this programme is having to close" message.
Is this a known issue? Any workarounds? Should add that I'm on Vegas 8a (just installed the update to b and trying again-render time for 1min20sec clip is currently at 1hr 40mins and rising on a quad core with 4Gb of ram?) Update-Vegas 7 is happily crunching it's way through. Showing 1hr 20mins as expected render. Last edited by Alastair Brown; January 15th, 2008 at 04:58 PM. |

Alastair,
Are you saying that 7 could handle it but 8 could not?

Yes, 7 managed it without issue. 8 just kept getting stroppy with me!
