Help with Mask/Video Layers/Transition

I have a picture of an anchor and I would like to have it wipe the screen. The problem is that I would like the video on the top half of the anchor to be one clip and the bottom part to be another clip.

I have created masks for the top and bottom part of the anchor but it only shows the video from right below the anchor and not both video souces.

is an example of what I don't want it to do, same video on top and bottom sides of the anchor.

is an example of what I am talking about doing
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jon.

The question and the pictures are a bit ambiguous. Are you looking to have the anchor appear from the top of the frame and wipe down, replacing the original clip with a new clip as it passes?
