Can an Image sequence be rendered out as TIFFs?
Our film lab will be making a conversion test for us to 35 mm film. They would prefer the image sequence to be in TIFFs. Can this be done from Vegas Pro 8?
I tested the Script "Render Image Sequence" under Tools and noticed that the only two choices given are JPEG and PNG. Then I noticed, after draging and dropping a frame onto my timeline, that each frame comes out in pairs of the same frame. Why is this? All I have been told to do is to send the lab a two minute image sequence of single TIFFs on an external hard drive. Thanks ahead for any enlightenment on this subject. EDIT: My clips are 1080p uncompressed BGR24 AVIs.

JPEG and PNG are your two choices from Vegas.

Well that's straightforward enough and thanks, Edward. This means I have to do this in another application, such as Mirage. Simple enough for a two minute test, but might pose a problem when the project will be 80 minutes long.
