anti-shake filter?
Is there any 'anti-shake filter' in Vegas. I've got footage, that unfortunately moves around a bit and need to smooth it out.

There are no specific anti-shake filters in Vegas, but there are a few third party products.
Here's one of many threads on this topic: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthrea...ighlight=shake |

John Meyer updated his Deshaker script and it's being hosted on this site.
Please note: Everything you need (VirtualDub, Deshaker, the VD script, and the Vegas script) is included in this download. Make sure to follow the installation instructions exactly as directed to avoid initial problems. |

Deshaker (Petition drive)
I've played around with their demo version of heroglyph rapid to do some simple animations like what I see.
However they also have a deshaker called "mercalli" that is available as a plugin for other NLE's but not Vegas. So please take a moment to e-mail them to pretty please do one for Vegas? http://www.heroglyph.com/gb/mercalli_std_details.html mailto: service@prodad.de |

Thanks Guys.
Mike - I've downloaded John Meyer's 'Deshaker' and run it as is, and it seems to do a pretty good job. I've downloaded a Vasst tut on it which seems complicated but I'll look at it. Thanks again. |
