4:3 title safe on a 16:9 project
hey guys. Im working on a 16:9 project that will later output 16:9 but will also need to be centre cut for a 4:3 version as well. Is there 4:3 grid I can overlay (even better to have title safe areas as well) on top of my 16:9 preview?

A long time ago I had a need to do something similar so I created a 4:3 title safe box in Photoshop with a transparent background, saved it as a png (as I recall) and put it on my top track.
If I'm entirely honest, I think it was a little off with my dimensions but it seemed to work out. I've just had a quick look for it but this was some while ago and I dare say it has gotten buried in some deep dark directory somewhere, sorry! Should be easy to recreate though. Edit: I didn't need to worry about action safe for that particular project but I guess creating two separate png's would work well (so you could independently turn them on and off as required).
