How do you 'batch capure' HD in Vegas7
Hi all
Can you 'batch capture' HDV in vegas like you can with SD? I am used to capturing SD in Vegas7 using batch capture. I am now capturing from a hdrfx1 and in the hd capture window, the 'time in' and 'time out' boxes arent working. I am having to capture video using the 'record' function and vegas is detecting the scenes etc. Would like to be able to find all the scenes I want to capture first before beginning capture process Any help appreciated Cheers Jamie |

I would be really intereseted in the answer to this too. I like to use the Advanced Capture window to punch in and log footage to be used. It's a great time saver as well as a great way to organize right from the start of the post process workflow.

Don't blame Vegas for this shortcoming either.
I seem to recall reading that it's the HDV format itself that doesn't do true timecode for things like this :-( |
