Soooo frustrating!!! dvda

I've made a scene selection menu in dvda 4. I set the markers and ran 'Insert scene selection menu'.

However I had a couple of buttons too many for widescreen (18 the limit)
so deleted several markers to get to the right number.

Now however I can't for the life of me see how to update/refresh the selection menu so it shows all my changes and retains all my work.

Anyone know how this is done?

Could run 'Insert SSM' again but then I would have to redo all my media and buttons. This I do not want to do.

Also...when I run preview, no buttons on screen are live but my audio loop plays and background media moves. When it get to the end of the loop and returns to the beginning, the buttons become live, but an error occurs and the program shuts down!!!!!!! grrrrrrrr!!!

For what it is worth here is the Exception that stops dvda from working in 'preview'. It is gobbledegook to me but maybe someone understands it. No navigation buttons work on the remote, though pause and stop and start do.

Also... I just cut and pasted the menu changes as I couldn't see how to do it any other way. :-(

I had exactly the same a few weeks ago. Also deleted some markers, but when the buttons were pointing to the correct marker, the final DVD plays the the wrong marker. AAArgh.

I deleted the whole selection menu and started from scratch. :-(

Assuming you got it down to the legal button limit, try selecting a button and changing it to point to the appropriate chapter/scene.
