Yep, that's the one. It has a shatter effect that you can set the parameters on and it works great.

Hi Edward & Don,
I did install the WAX however, after I drag the effect into the Vegas timeline it dosen't open and it freezes. Please tell me as how I can fix that? Is there any other program that I can use? Thanks Matthew

the settings you use in Vegas more than likely need to be changed a bit specifically the amount of RAM you specify for RAM preview. IIRC you need to set it to ZERO. Wax works very well but you have to remember to change the parameters.
Other than PlginPac I can't think of another easy to use program to do a shatter effect. Don |

I don't believe WAX was updated to work above Vegas 6 and, even then, many people have had problems with it. Instead, use the PlugInPac at the link I gave above.

Heroglyph does this...
1. Create Glyph Matrix - 9x9 tiles or any other number
In case of 9x9 you now have 81 blank tiles arranged as one "object" 2. Scale this 9x9 matrix to cover your frame 3. In design mode set "surface image" to your still image (or video clip!) .Your image will be repeated 81 times, which is not what you want - you want 81 tiles of your image, so...) 4. Set "alignment of surface image" to "block" both horizontal and vertical. Now you have 81 tiles of your image! 5. In effects mode apply a "high zoom" out-effect to your glyph matix, and then add some rotation and scaling as needed. 6. Done. Download demo at http://www.prodad.de/gb/heroglyph_std_details.html Heroglyph does not use keyframes, so the "thinking" is different from any other FX tool you may have used, and the interface is ... well... unique. But it does deliver and is extremely fast to work with. /magnus
