I dunno, but there doesnt seem to be a lack of people getting married in California.
I think the most expensive wedding we shot was in the 100,000.00 range.....and you could see where the money was spent, it looked fabulous. The average age of our clients is around 27 to 33 yrs old. I personally would never spend that kind of money on a wedding for myself....or my future kids if that ever happens....I am more prectical and would rather see a huge budget spent on a wedding go towards something else...like a home, world travel, etc. It all depends on what is important to you, to many bride's.......all that money spent on their wedding day is well worth it to them....and they would do it over the same if they could. I dont think they are crazy for spending a high budget.....i just think their wedding day is extremely important...and that is good for them. |

Hell, just eliminating the stupid sparklers can get you an extra day in the Bahamas. And those clueless doves have got to be the difference between a 1st class cabin and the boiler room on a cruise ship. :) |
