streaming video

hey all,

i was wondering if somebody can help me with this. i'm using an HD-100 and its 16:9 aspect ratio. However when I export the video its 4:3. Now thats not a problem because I can change the aspect ratio in quicktime. I'm using a mac by the way with final cut pro. Now when I switch the aspect ratio back to 16:9 I lose the streaming video aspect of the video. I prefer to have people view my weddings while its downloading instead of waiting for the entire video to download before it starts playing.

Do I need to make the changes in fcp just before export?

Thanks
