DVX100 and DVC30 -24p and 30p for weddings

I do weddings and I have a dvc30. I know I should have bought 2 similar cameras as the problem I have right now is how I can make the differences of the 2 cameras less noticable. This are the settings I have for my cameras.

I have the dvx set in scene 1 and set in 30p while I have the DVC30 in movie like mode (which I believe is shooting in 30p). Im afraid to use the 24p in the DVX100 because it might make the differences with both cameras more noticable.

Has anyone of you shot weddings combining 24p and 30p in weddings? Premiere has an option to start a project that has been shot in 24p. Im wondering if I put all my footages together (24p and 30p), would it convert my 30p footages to look like 24p?

Im in a sort of dilemma because I noticed the huge difference with the 2 cameras when I shot my second wedding. I don't want to make the same mistake again in my upcoming weddings.
