Strobe shifts the picture while filming
again,I got a problem,I filmed a party this weekend and there were a lot of strobes flashing frequently.Yesterday I checked the footage on TV and noticed that when strobe flashes,a picture slightly shifts back and forth.Does this problem have any remedies?Thank you!

what camera are u using??
In this case its always wise to run WB, Focus and Iris in Mnaual mode. White balance MAY shift depending on the CCD make (my old dvx100 shifts, whereas the 100a doesnt), however not to a point of ruining the shot. i now deliberatly shoot these flashing lights as theyure great to use as overlays over dance segments and give more of an effect of "there" as opposed to running effects in posts... but thats another thread... |
