Since it is a add-on, have you:
Shot one because of the personalities were right even if they didn't add it to the original contract and tried to 'sell' it afterwards? and ... did you cancel one because the personalities were "flat or lifeless" while shooting or in production?

Exactly what my follow up question would be. I would be tempted to shoot it, cut together (edit time of about 3-5 hours?) and then offer it as an add on.... but since I am new to the business that is just what I think, which may not match up with how customers think.
