order form
- Not to be comfused with a contract -
Just would like somefeedback of order forms... Pretty much a form any client walking up to you would fill out, whether they want to do a wedding, electronic presskit, commercial, anyone of our many services... |

for anyting there are specifc info needs...
-Date of filming -Type of shooting job (wedding, corp, concert) -Contact name -contact number -contact email and secondary email (ALL my business is dont via teh net, until i meet the client. I meet them once for the sales pitch, then again about 4 weeks before the wedding/concert etc to go over the shooting schedule) Thats about it really.. for my wedding site, i only have name, wedding date, ph number, email (the auto form wont send without one) and a comments field. I also include the actual email adress in case ppl cant send using the form |
