Lens Repair
Help - my trusty Tamron 24-70 had died - it will not focus either manually or using AF - Does anyone know of a repair service in the UK?
Tamron have their own UK repair service but I suspect it would be like taking your car to a dealership garage for repair - very expensive! Pete |

Re: Lens Repair
Thanks Steve - I'll give them a try - I've had this lens 2 years and around 70 weddings so even though I love the image this lens produces, I'm less then impressed that the focus ring gives out after that amount of time - when purchased this lens was nearly £700

Re: Lens Repair
Mine was still under warranty after 6 years. It did take 3 trips to Tamron to get it right, but they eventually fixed it.
