Re: Wow - bad tog
I'm like you Roger - I always send an email to the photographer a week before the wedding, and introduce myself to them first chance I get on the wedding day and say 'If I get in your shot let me know' etc - I am mr. nice so it's rarely a problem and these days 50% of the togs I've worked with before so know me :)

Re: Wow - bad tog
Its good to let off a little steam every now and then.
We had an interesting one. A friend of ours was filming a wedding this weekend and was having a few problems with the tog. When they got chatting it turns out they know us and even after he told them he was a close, personal friend they continued to bitch about how we took the couple off one time and stole time from them. Our friend pointed out that the couples time is neither ours nor theirs to own. Amazing that they still hold a grudge 5 years after we worked with them.
