Groom lapel microphone at DVinfo.net

So i've been using Olympus DS40's for the last 4 years, and I think its time to replace them. Any recommendations? Ideally i'd like them to be no bigger, and it would be great if they didn't require the speed change that you have to do with the DS40 files!

It's a bit old, though, and doesn't include one of the most interesting -- Rode Pinmic.
