Looking to purchase a Low Light camcorder
Will be replacing our XLH1 (struggle much with low light coverage)
We are looking for a low light capability similar to a DSLR but in a camcorder we are seriously considering the Sony FS100. This camera is in our price range ( $2500 ) Please feel free to give input on others that you may feel would work. Thank you |

Re: Looking to purchase a Low Light camcorder
Hi Frank
Simply find a camera that ticks all your boxes and you are done. Technically the FS100 would have been my choice too but I just don't like the form factor ..it's a horrible square box so I got Sony EA-50's which for me are awesome but then again I'm a shoulder mount person too so having a camera that has a built-in pad was great too. It's much like buying a car so everyone is different and everyone will suggest something else confusing you even more. Yes, it's a good time to get away from tape as well. Chris |
