Filming in public places and UK Law
Hi all - I am sure this has been covered in previous threads but I've been hired to film the Stag Party!!!! one of the things they want to do is some vox pops in a busy town centre.
I'm pretty sure I don't need permission (it's not like I've got several cameras/cranes/lights etc) but I just know some special constable/security guard might give me grief Does anyone have experience in this area? Cheers Pete |

Re: Filming in public places and UK Law
I'll reply to my own post - this pretty much covers it but having looked at a few other forums in this area professionals filming and taking photographs still get harassed because the police (usually specials) don't actually know the law!!!
