When creating a wedding or just a dvd how do you list your name and number do you just do some effects with text that says: contact for all your video needs?

I list my website in the credits and on the back of the case.

I don't like "contact for all you video needs" unless it is your commercial/demo reel. It would offend me as a customer too. I htink putting a website URL there would be okay, I just don't do it.

Accepted practice is to list your company with "Produced by" in the credits. I put my company name on the DVD itself. I also put my company, phone, and website on the back of the DVD case cover.
