mixing different video image sizes
i have footage and timeline at 1920x1080 (in premiere) at 24p. i need to add clips taken at 720p 30fps and 1080 30fps. even clips taken with a flip camera. will dropping these different sizes of clips cause problems when i import them? thanks

Re: mixing different video image sizes
Your 720 is going to have to be blown up to fit 1080 and you may pick up noise etc. If you click on the clip in the timeline it should give an option to fit to frame. I think I might want to try them stuffed in a 720 timeline with a quickie render and one rendered from the 1080 timeline fitted to frame and compare. Down sizing might give better quality.

Re: mixing different video image sizes
If you start with a 720p preset then as chip has said downscale your full hd to the 720p in your monitor, you should be able to right click the footage in the time line and uncheck scale to frame, then size your 1080 to the 720 size. if you do it the other way around you will lose quality!! the other clips will be a problem if you are not downscaling.
