Transcoding footage with cineform, 5dtorgb or native CS5

Looking to start grading my footage more and I'm confused about the different options out there. I've read that premeir cs5 "converts everything into 4:4:4 in RAM on the fly". So are there any benifits to using cineform or 5dtorgb? How many wedding videographers are actually using cineform or similar products?
