Camera Shot Tutorials
Just wondering if anyone out there knows where I could watch some good camera shot tutorials? Any suggestions? I just started a Wedding Videography business here in Southern IN and am trying to learn as much as I can! :)

Tyson, my advice would always be to read a good book on portraiture - the key elements of weddings are the pictures you take of people so still photography will teach you the basics.
Then get your camera out and try things for yourself. If you're no good at self-critiquing get a friend to help. Finally, if you can persuade a pro to help (given that you may be aspiring to work in his market), get yourself taken out as extra crew. Until universities decided they could teach "meejah" that was the way everyone in film and television learned their craft. |
