Contract Ideas
Hey everyone-
I am doing a wedding for a friend in November, but as I think about it, if I'm to get into weddings more, I need to think about a contract that I can have clients sign. (I'm not going to have a contract for this wedding because she is a friend and it's kind of a favor that I'm also getting paid for.) What are the basic things that should be put in a contract of this sort? Can anyone post some examle contracts? Any help would be great. Thanks! -Brett |

Write up a contract for this gig if you want to remain friends. All it does is make sure you both have the same expectations about coverage, deliverables, what happens if you get sick or your camera dies or you just screw up during the ceremony. If you are getting paid, when and how much? How much for extra DVD's, or if coverage changes?
