Cool gadget. Nice to see something very small and super cheap to record ceremonies. But I don't see any info about "audio connections" or inputs. Do you already have one? Are you placing this on the groom? I love my Zoom H4N. I can put it in the grooms coat pocket if I have too or hook it up the sound board in the church and get amazing quality.

I'm using them on the groom and the officiant. They are really thin. They have replaced my Irivers 790 series since the Iriver software isn't compatible with Vista 64 OS. They charge thru your pc's USB port so that is very practical for me. Just not sure what Lavalier mic to use with it.

I have a Pocketrak and it's a great unit. I wish the levels were a bit easier to access and find the entire menu system to be a bit weird, but overall they are good little recorders, especially to record musicians in the room during the ceremony and such, just with the built-in mics.

You can plug a lav mic into the unit directly, you just have to set the unit to mic level input vs. line. Any lav mic will pretty much do.
