Best Audio Recording
I'm needing to purchase some mp3 recorders to put on the groom during weddings. What would be the best purchase as far as recorder and lav at this point in time?

Best place to look would be the All Things Audio Forum at DVinfo.net
Starting points would be the Zoom recorders, Olympus and of course the EW100 setup. JS |

I started there. They suggested the wedding forums would be better. :)

Also, I've messed with wireless audio with some instruments and church mics but this is new to me. If I purchased a sennheiser g3, would that be able to wirelessly transmit from the groom's lav directly to a pack on me and record into the camera?
One like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Sennheiser-EW-11...item1c0fa45f16 |

Ryan, that's what G3 is for - very popular and solid wireless transmitter.
As far as audio recorders - topic was mentioned here few times - do some search - i.e look for Zoom H2 or H4n keywords. |
