There are many great videographers on this board so I figured this would be the place to ask this ?

When heading into a meeting/presentation w/a banquet manager, what should someone who is new at this expect? What ?'s should be asked? What ?'s will be asked of me and my company? Etc.

They will probably ask some important questions about size of your crew, maybe power usage, and other small things that involve them. Then they might ask you what you will provide to brides that they recommend to you, and they might also ask you about what the "kick back" will be to them, or they might just out right tell you what it should be. They will also probably ask you about legal issues like contract, and insurance.
