Wedding Resources, Directories, and Communities

I don't know anyone who is getting married in the foreseeable future, but I'd like to get some practice shooting wedding videos.

I've posted a notice on Craigslist.com, but I have only gotten one response so far for a wedding next August)

Any thoughts on how I could go about offering a free wedding video to a total stranger?

How about going to a local church and offering your services? Or the engagement notices in the newspaper? If either can point to a couple who did NOT plan on getting videography services anyway, you could offer to shoot for free for them.
