Anyone ever figure out how to use a remote on the Comer?

The only way to remote control the Comer is to have an external power source plugged into the light. There is no way to terminate the current while the Sony battery is connected to the light.

So the solution is simple.
1. use external power, aka battery belt
2. use remote control pack which sits between the external battery and Comer light
3.plug the remote control pack into the Comer light
Use remote control to power the light on/off

You don't have to use a battery belt as you could use something like this Ikan | AC-107S Sony Battery Adapter Plate | AC 107S | B&H Photo which would enable you to use the Sony battery externally. Then the remote control sits between the light and Ikan battery sled.
