My comments:

0:10 In the beginning of the two walking there is dissolve effect from another segment elsewhere in it.
0:14 2-3 frame too long into the white flash
0:19 dissolve to almost idendical shoot do not look good
0:50 cut before zooming out
1:01 skip dissolve
1:22 Do not look good when you use slow dissolve and then hard cut to very short segment. I would use straight cut there and adjust the shoots to a similar length.
