the trick is not to go too low when cutting.
I went right down to almost 9 o clock and 3 o clock..
If you stay high enough so your hands are at the same or slightly above the
camera when attached. Otherwise the balance gets a little affected.
Cutting the bottom portion off works great as its easier to hold the rig
by that vertical type screw in thingy, if needs be.
