Compression settings for Vimeo.
This has probably been covered before, but what are the ideal compression settings to use when uploading a video to Vimeo? I'm editing on an Avid Xpress and using Sorenson for compression. I haven't been really thrilled with the results. Anyone got any tips on what works best for you?

Perhaps you could tell us what you're doing now, so we don't rehash old ground.

Good point. I've tried two ways.
1. Exporting a QuickTime Reference, from the Avid, then compressing in Soreneson, using the QuickTime HD_1080p present. 2. Exporting directly from Avid, as a QuickTime Movie with these settings: NOT using Avid CODEC. Dimensions 1920x1080. 601/709 (Odd) Upper Field First Compression Type MPEG-4 Video Quality:Best.

Danny, thanks. That's just what I was looking for (and I guess, too dumb to find on my own).
