does anyone know where i can find a example contract or template. I never needed one before since my past weddings were for people that i knew. Now that i'm expanding I would like to become more "legit" Can anyone help?

hmmm... I found one on google. It's obviously for another company. Would it be a problem if I just deleted all of the information that doesn't apply for me?

the best answer to you question is fto sit down and wirte everything you want in your contract (btw, it should be a service agreement-contracts can be broken while a service agreement is an agreement for services with a retainer for those services. A deposit might have to be returned) Once you have those things written up call you local bar association (not the drinking one;-) and find out if they have any attorneys that specialize in contract law. Many times they have a 'special' that if you go to one of them they give you a cut rate price, or try a legal clinic or a law school and see if there are any facility or students (4th year not 1st) that can help you out.
