Resizing Highlight Shows?

I am building a new website that has video on it and the max video size is 20 mb.

Can anyone tell me the best way to resize highlight shows to make them smaller?

What would the ideal settings be to make up to a 4 min highlight show around 20mb.

Thanks

If you goto my page, Forever Cherished Productions, the wedding demo I have posted is 13mb, 320wide. The same version of the video is on the video page, and that is 25mb, 640wide.

I exported out of Avid as a uncompressed MOV, then used Sorenson Squeeze to make it an FLV.

For the smaller video I used the FLV setting called '768k', for the larger one I used a custom setting based off of 'Lg' or "VP6_CD'...I can't recall at the moment.

Disclaimer: My video is 16x9 and is 3 minutes long, so your results may vary.
