TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress just for encoding - best possible quality!.. You can also use only one program, TMPGEnc DVD Author 3.0, both for encoding and DVD authoring.

I had no chance to compare... but you can download a trial version of TEMPGenc and see for yourself!.. I just love it!..
