Adding Photography to my services...
I'm adding photography to my wedding services. Looking for advice for what is typically offered in photo packages. To sell negatives/digital negatives or not? Do a certain amount of prints come with the package price...or is the package price just for the shooting and post work and then they pick the pics they want printed and pay extra for them?
Keep nothing back guys...this photography side of this is all new to me. Thanks Jeremiah |

I've started to diversify into Photography this year. After working for several years with some of the best in Montreal I took the plunge. There's a significant investment in equipment and time needed to get a good product. It's by far not as easy as it looks.
I'm using a Nikon D200 with fast, low-light, fixed and zoom lenses (F2.8 or better $$$), 2 remote speedlights, Nikon's multi-power battery pack and a Nikon D50 body as back-up. Also have Nikon Capture NX software to process RAW images. I offer the same coverage as my video packages, for the same price. I sort out the best pictures, color-correct, apply filters, crop, etc. and provide the end product as hi-res jpegs on CD or DVD. The couple do their own processing. |
