Anyone using a Plasma as a monitor

HI Guys
I was thinking of buying a 50" plasma or 52" lcd to use as a monitor. Is anyone using either with success and which input are you using; the DVI - HDMI or DVI to VGA. I am editing with FCS2 and an Imac 24" also a Macbook pro 17". Any suggestions would be great.

thanks

LCD's color gamut tends to be deficient. That is, LCD's are not able to display as many colors as plasma or crt's. As a result of this, skin tones on an LCD always tend to look off.

I would recommend a plasma rather than an lcd for a monitor.
