I'll try your settings next time I put together a HD clip and see how it comes out. It's a good thing I didn't fully switch to Mac...heh. |

I am getting prepared for my first wedding with two A1's, moving from DV. I am so impressed with your video quality and am also fighting with text and when to use it.
Nick I agree with Jeff Emery who also doesn't like the fantasy style of video but in my opinion the video can't keep jarring the viewer into the realization that he\she is watching a camera in action. The quick zooms don't work. |

I want to thank all of you for your input. Every comment has helped me in one way or another. I've re-done the entire sequence from start to finish and I think it came out well.
I'm not sure who mentioned the music didn't work... might have been in the other thread, but the bride and groom supplied the music. It wasn't my first choice either. I've removed the video for now. I may post my remake sometime in the future. |

I am newbie having just bought the A1 and is going to 'film' my friends wedding by end of march. Edit in FCP also. Appreciate it may be some time ago this thread was up, but do you still have the 'teaser' - can you link it again? |
