Re: Eleni-Maria's christening
Some beautiful shots, and nice editing. I can see why the parents wanted the christening there. I don’t have any problems with the overall editing, other than two things, and I expect to get pushback for mentioning them. First, who are the parents? Is it a gay couple, and, if so, who is the guy holding the little girl and in the group in the beginning and the end of the video? I know this is for a family’s use, so they will know, but as a disinterested third party, I wasn’t sure whose baby she was. Could just be me. The second point is musical choice. John Lennon’s “Imagine” is, in my opinion, overused, and I don’t think it belongs in a video depicting a religious ceremony because of the lyrics. Once again, I expect pushback on this, but I think (as really delightful as the little girl’s rendition of the song was) it wasn’t a song I would have used. If that’s what they chose, then so be it. That said, I thought the technical aspects of the video were very good, it was easy to watch and follow, and it’s clear you know your craft.

Re: Eleni-Maria's christening
Hi Greg
Thanks for taking the time to comment. No It's not a gay couple. They were two ladies as the "Godmothers" you will see them in the church scenes. One of them (with the trousers) might be gay....The father is the one the one at the beginning holding the babe and the mother is the one shown at the end kissing the baby with the father. The music was their choice. But now since you mentioned it I would love to know what kind of music would go with a christening short video. Any ideas would be appreciated. stelios
