WHAT A BREEZE EDITTING WITH FCP... MY ONLY REGRET WAS HOPE I DID THIS A LITTLE SOONER...... IMAC 27" I5 IS BRILLIANT BUT WILL UPGRADE TO I7 TOMORROW TO BOOST A LITTLE ..... COMMENTS WELCOME...........

Good job Ricci. And eventhough FCP rocks it doesn't really make your work look as you do :) sure you knew that

few comments. I overall liked the video but had a problem with 2 shots that just didn't need to be there.

First shot, I believe is the 3rd shot which you took over the bridge of people walking. Doesn't do anything for the video and sort seems like just hanging in there for the purpose of adjusting to the rest of the footage, may be because of the music. Another shot was group photo just before wedding preparations. Same reason

Other than that, great stuff and keep it up

Great comments

Thanks for noticing, i too was considering of replacing that clip (group photo shot) but the 3rd clip i cant coz those guys are the involve parties (groom and parents waving) it wasnt a great shot but you know......... Thank you again i appreciate that comments....

i thought you did a great job. my experience with videography isn't much. but i believe you were using a slider in some of the shots, the only thing i can tell is that in one of the shots you can see part of the slider on the corner. but like i said, great great job. i dig it.

if you dont mind me asking what software we're you using before fcp? i've always wondered how much easier fcp is to use.

I didnt even notice that part of the slider is showing but thanks for noticing. I used sony vegas pro 8 and MBL. Dont get wrong on this one coz i love the interface of vegas and has been using windows pc for sometime but vegas just have so many problems with me. FCPis hard to learn what more you got to learn MAC computer. Thanks again

thanks ricci for the reply. i'm in the exact same boat as you. i've started with vegas. i'm trying to use premiere and trying to learn the ins and outs. i love the pc environment thats why i cringe in going the mac way but dont get me wrong i started out using mac. funny how things go.
