Thanks for the feedback, Monday. A few years ago, I was uploading files of about half that size, but wasn't happy with the picture quality. I also upload WMV files, like this one, to BlipTV. In this instance, I tried BlipTV. It hung up at about 30%. That happened recently with another highlights clip.
I am very keen to hear any suggestions regarding encoding and hosting. Being a cheapskate, I would prefer a free service, like BlipTV. I believe that Vimeo is quite strict regarding copyright protected music? . |

I understand your situation. I end up encoding my videos to flash and upload them on my server. They load very quickly most of the time. Sometimes the server that hosts my site is slow down for maintenance. Give vimeo a try. They aren't as strict as facebook.

Yes, I have heard about Facebook. They seem to have left my family stuff alone but I don't upload any of our paid jobs containing commercial music.
