Matt...
Just when I thought that I had the "spinning ring" down... I loved how it walked it's way back into the shot. I've been waiting to pull off a silhouette shot like the ones you grabbed in the beginning for a long time now. They looked great. Loved the music track. What a great piece... Steve |

Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment Steve - much appreciated.
Haha - Funny you should mention the ring spin...I did have a P.S. comment in the original post directed to you about it, but decided to leave it out...I won't tell you how many takes that took to get that shot ;) I love that silhouetted look too. It was actually an afterthought to shoot it as we were heading back to the reception so I was glad we made the time to stop there. Thanks again! Anyone else have any thoughts? Matt. |

Hey Matt,
Well done...love the audio bites and some great shots in there. One of my favs would be the note pad shot. I'm guessing that you may have reduced your shutter speed for the dancing? The feel for that part I'm not sure about, but that's a personal preference. I've often found that it can be somewhat challenging when a photoshoot location is centred in one spot - my suggestion perhaps would be to look at what else you can include to vary the beach scenes. Perhaps other family/guests/bridal party or other details of the location, so that it adds variety. I have in mind your crabs piece...the smaller details. Am I making sense??? Again, well done for a lovely piece. |
