I don't watch many clips but I did watch this.
First watch your horizon. The 1st couple of shots were leaning a bit. I did like the shot of the program (or invite I didn't notice) The shot of her coming out of the door left me a bit underwhelmed. What I mean was I was hoping to see the guys open the door and there she is-I think the thing about it was that you were off to the side. I realize thatyou might have been "placed" there but it would have more impact if you were centered and got them opening the door BUT having said all of that I think it was well done and for a teaser, IMO it was the right length. Nice work.

Hey Aaron,
Good job putting some work up for review. Great length for a teaser and some nice footage in there. Didn't reveal too much of the day either. One thing to watch is the unnecessary zooming - firstly with the littlies and then when the bride makes her entrance. The thing that really killed it for me though was the soundtrack. It was overly cinematic for the footage and sounded more suited to a sports highlights show. Something simpler or more laid back would've suited better IMHO. Even a soft instrumental. Having said the above I'm sure the couple love it. Hope that helps. Cheers, Matt. |
