You've got some smooth moves, nice setup shots, and crisp images...but the parts don't seem to fit the music (at least not to me). There is lots of drama in that music, I expect some explosions, aliens or at least a snarky one-liner from the hero before he saves the world (again!). Perhaps adding some tension to the shots (will she or won't she walk down the aisle?). You can mess with color grading, slow-mo, and even add some nat sound, but I can't get the image out of my head of the guests doing 'the funky chicken' while listening to this dramatic soundtrack. For the record, I know they weren't doing the 'funky chicken'.
As much as I'm not a fan of country music...it seems that this piece would fit better with a bit of twang (for lack of a better term). |

Find a piece you (and your wife) likes, regardless of the length. It is very easy to take out a chorus/verse/movement of a song and chop it by 1/2 or more. Unless you're talking about Jazz music, much of today's songs are so predictably structured that I have yet to have a client notice when I've chopped a tune in 1/2. Give it a try (and listen to your wife next time).
