Best on camera field LCD?

Looking for a good, small LCD for focus and easier framing/viewing in the field, I do not want to bring a large setup so I was looking between 5.6 and 10inch, with 7 or 8inch looking the most promising. Are there any great deals or any standouts? I am shooting HD so should I look for a 1080 or at least 720 or does it matter at that small size? are they at all useful for color checking? or for that matter for focus checking? I am looking at the http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...D_Monitor.html for about 490.00 the http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...creen_LCD.html for 330.00 and the http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...D_Monitor.html for 750.00 that says 1080/720 support, but has less horizontal elements and more verticle, is this helpful?

What do you use? Larger? smaller? would love to hear some feedback. Thanks.

Anything below the Ikan V8000 is pretty much unusable for HD focus. Even the 8000 is only 800x480 resolution.

As you guys know, I am designing my own 1280x768 res monitor. Otherwise check out the Marshall and Nebtek monitors as well.
