A/B switching with Panny BT-LH1700W

Hey folks-
I got two Hvx's and one Panny BT-LH1700W monitor. This monitor has only one component BNC input. Any suggestions for HD A/B switching?
I've found some component switches online, but they are either too big with more ports than I need or too expensive. Many of them also require power. I would prefer passive (no power needed) switching, 2 in/1 out, and small enough to be easily mountable on the monitor with velcro.

Thanks,
-Jeff
