Super cheap 7" lcd

FYI, I just bought a super cheap 7" LCD monitor from Target. I can't find any info on it but it's a Kawasaki and it is intended to be an additional monitor for portable DVD players. It has composite and stereo inputs and dual headphone outputs as well as small stereo speakers. The mounting is a bit odd as it is a combination upright desk stand and a velcro strap thingy to hold it to a headrest when traveling. It also has a 12 AC adapter and a 12v car adapter. Has lots of cables and a soft bag to keep it all in.

This isn't going to be a replacement for critical viewing but it is native widescreen SD and can be switched to 4:3 if desired. All in all, pretty cool for $78. Yep, seventy eight dollars.

I bought it to use on my jib arm for framing. I still have a 9" Sony field monitor for critical stuff but this is fairly light, 7" 16:9.

FYI, take it or leave it. I'll be figuring out mounting ideas in the next few days.

It's not on their website but, if you look up the Kawaskai portable DVD player, that comes with 2 similar monitors.

Model is AVM-678.
