HDTV for Editing Footage ?

While browsing Sams Club today I saw 37" LCD moniters with computer hookup and HDMI hookup on the back. There are also a more desktop size of it on the net. The resolution is 1366x768.

The first thing that came to mind was dump the split moniters I have and get something like this to edit My HD Video. It displays both 720 and 1080I. Would this work?

Here is what I am shooting...1080i/50 on the Z1U. The LCD tv is Vizio L37HDTV. Now I relize my BFG 6600gt card does not go that high in resolution I beleive, but would switch out the card in a heartbeat if this was feesible.

The big question is, how do you display 1440/1080 resolution on a 1366x768 lcd tv. Can it be done? Hummm

Thanks for any suggestions.
