Datacolor SpyderTV

Was just looking at an ad for this product the other day and it fascinated me. Has anyone used it to calibrate an LCD or plasma screen for use in editing?

Only drag is that the software won't run on my Mac :-(

I used this to calibrate my home DLP.

I don't edit on it, but it's my main TV watching TV.

The product did it's job, but it was a bit pricey.

It's recommended settings were only slightly different than my eye ball adjusted settings using the Avia Guide to Home Theater DVD.
